Your Mission:
As a Business Development Agent at Alliance Optix, your role can adapt to your goals:
- Side Hustle Path: Refer accounts and relationships to our team, and we’ll close the deals. You’ll earn ongoing commissions for every successful referral—no extra work required.
- Career Growth Path: Build a foundation in business development and transition into a Senior Account Executive role, where you’ll manage full sales cycles, own client relationships, and drive significant revenue growth.
In either path, you’ll gain valuable experience in solution-based selling, strengthen your professional network, and make a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make Connections: Use your professional network to introduce Alliance Optix to new accounts and opportunities.
- Relationship Cultivation: Foster trust and open doors for collaboration, creating a seamless handoff for our sales team.
- Expand Opportunities: Drive engagement across data center, cloud, edge, and enterprise licensing solutions.
- Support the Sales Cycle: Work alongside Account Executives to transition your referrals into long-term partnerships or manage the process as you grow into a full-time sales role.
- Learn and Transition: Gain a deep understanding of our solutions and refine your sales skills to take the next step in your career.
